Fall is a time in which we become infused with millions of things from back to school to holidays. We must make it a priority to prepare for fall accordingly so that we do not become overwhelmed. In order to avoid mess and disaster try de-cluttering your home. Clean your house little by little separating what is trash and what items you can donate to Goodwill.

To really seal the deal, gather all your summer photos and begin to put them away whether it’s in an album or a scrapbook. Let the fall picture taking begin! To avoid the holidays from creeping up, take advantage of the time to get together stamps and stationery so that when the card sending season begins, you are ready and armed! Lastly, in preparation for gatherings and holiday parties, look through some old favorite recipes and research some new ones that you can use for the parties you throw or attend.

These ideas are just several ways that will help you avoid the stress and anxiety of the fall season.
