DIY Winter Decoration

Many people can go over their budget when it comes to holiday decoration shopping. I try to attempt a new craft every holiday season to save money but with time on the line, I came to the conclusion that this year’s would be rather simple. I chose a project that was practical and convenient as well as cheap to take on. I chose to create lentil banded candles. You may select different colored candles as well as small bean preference.
The materials needed are candles
(depending on how many you would like to make), double sided tape, and dried lentils. First take the adhesive tape and tape on the area of the candle you would like to adorn with the beans. For my candles I chose the middle so that it would create a band looking ribbon. I taped around the candle and then rolled the candles in a pan of the lentils. Pressing firmly, I was able to cover my selected area with the lentils. That’s it! Pretty easy huh?! This simple decoration will fill the room with those warm fall colors and smells!
